Heart-centered care for Less Stress & anxiety and More Joy & aliveness.
Remember Who You Are
Hi! I’m Ashley.
I support women to reclaim their joy, reignite their inner light, & experience mental/emotional freedom.
As a Board Certified Yoga Therapist and Health & Wellbeing Coach, I specialize in an integrated, holistic approach to mental and emotional wellbeing, pain care, and chronic dis-ease (Disease) management.
Through deeper self-connection, nervous system regulation, and self-trust you can feel at home in your body and your life again and move through life with more calm and ease.
“You carry all the ingredients to turn your existence into joy, mix them, mix them! ~ Hafiz”
Ancient Wisdom. Modern Wellness.
The word ‘healing’ comes from the Anglo-Saxon word ‘haelen’, which means ‘to make whole’.
While our healthcare system tends to separate us into parts, my work integrates body, mind, lifestyle, and spirit so that real, lasting healing is possible.
Yoga therapy and integrated health and wellbeing coaching are both evidence-based, whole-person approaches that complement conventional care and support everything from stress management and chronic health conditions to mental health and personal growth.
Ready for the support to reclaim your wellbeing and joy and find a path forward that actually fits your life?
Let’s figure it out together!

Holistic
Rooted in ancient yoga philosophy and modern medicine, Yoga Therapy cares for the WHOLE person. It is a form of complementary medicine that’s natural, gentle and non-invasive.
Deep
We need more than 20 minutes with a doctor. We need more than a bandaid for our symptoms. By exploring the root causes of dis-ease, Yoga Therapy supports deep long-lasting change.
Personalized
You are a unique individual, and your care should be too. Yoga Therapy offers healing that is completely custom to your needs, and life situation.
The Yoga Therapy Whole-health model addresses the bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs of each person, integrating these practices and more!
Pranayama
Grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science, yogic breathwork is shown to calm the nervous system, boost energy levels, and improve overall function of the body.
Asanas
Yoga postures can address your specific needs like musculoskeletal imbalances as well as increase body awareness and improve overall posture and balance.
Yoga Nidra
Guided meditation brings your mind and body into deep relaxation, regulates your nervous system, and reconnects you to your deep inner knowing.

One of the most ancient whole-person medical systems, I’ll teach you practices to support your specific mind-body constitution (dosha).

Science
Grounded in evidence-based protocols integrating modern anatomy, physiology, and psychology, Yoga Therapy is a wonderful complement to conventional medicine.
About Ashley
'Collective Wellbeing’ was created for less stress and more ALIVENESS, and my deep belief in a more integrated, holistic, and personalized system of care, for both our personal and collective wellbeing.
For most of my childhood and into young adulthood, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I was disembodied and disconnected. I needed more than what western medicine had to offer. When I discovered and experienced yoga in 2011, I felt truly alive for the first time in my life.
Seeing the profound effect yoga was having on my mental and physical health, I went on to train in integrative, trauma-informed yoga, and have been teaching it since 2014.
I experienced another wake-up call when my dad became sick in 2021. His tragic struggles with the healthcare system moved me to create ‘Collective Wellbeing’ and study Integrative Yoga Therapy and Holistic Health Coaching as an antidote to what I had witnessed.
